We had an afternoon of material science demos at Drexel and it was good fun!
Claudia’s favorite things were the black-light bead bracelets and the plastic that changed shape when held under light. This seemed like an important piece of information that we could use for later (and, a nice student gave her one of the bracelets to bring home, too.)
Coolest of all was seeing the kids scanned for 3D printing!
I am sad to see Tucker’s time at Drexel coming to a close… it has been a wonderful experience and he has been able to share SO much of it with us (how many other kids touched Dreadnaughtus before it was even named?)… but we never know what he may give back over the years.
