NO we did not finish reading it aloud before seeing the play. But I think it’s for the better. They loved this so much it will bring new life and perspective to the end of the book for them. And those hours are so precious to us as a family. At least someone should like the book. (They do. I don’t.)

They ran into a friend,

Were surprised at how fast both acts flew by

And met some of the cast at the end!

I’ve had these tickets so long I not only forgot whether or not I’d bought them but whether or not this was an actual stage production or I’d just imagined it was! Well, two for two.
